Excellent service from day one from receptionist to doctors. Doctors listened to me patiently while I explained my problem so yes very happy.

Easier to get an appointment through website and on same day. 2 staff on reception today which was a big positive. Recent experiences with staff all good. Polite all round whereas in past not so much. Wasn't happy my medical smear was cancelled constantly for a year without a call to rebook. I Like the prescription review appointments. Makes me feel cared for as a patient.

The nurse at the clinic was friendly and caring. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment; the process was quick and efficient. Overall, I've had nothing but a positive experience, and I'm grateful for the high level of care.

I saw a student gp. Listening skills were well honed and advice was relevant, for example, l was sent for new x rays on my knees and different pain relief was discussed for my back. All discussions of my health conditions etc were in depth and l felt very satisfied with the service l received.

I sent a message on my I pad that I would like to see a doctor 5 minutes later the phone rang and I was booked in for 9 30 am that day.The doctor i saw was wonderful he asked me a lot of questions and put my mind at rest because I was worried and I am taking his advice now and taking the tablets
