If it wasn’t for Dr the past year or so with pushing forward and listening to me with my gynaecology problems they wouldn't have been sorted. This Dr is probably one of the best and thorough Dr’s Iv ever seen. She is empathetic and gets to the root of the problem, helping along the way where she can. And always goes the extra mile. There needs to be more Dr’s like Dr. My life has changed for the better after my surgeries.

Got a txt from the practice about having some bloods n blood pressure to be done . Phone the practice to explain I had only been on the medication 2 weeks . The receptionist told that I needed the bloods . My response was I need these bloods to be done in 12 weeks to see if they had helped with my cholesterol. So I came to see the nurse on the the 30th July 24th . The nurse in charge told me it was for a diabetes check . My response was I've not fasted for this test I was told it's for my cholesterol check . So it was a waste of appointment for me which ment I had then had to go to Mexborough montagu for bloods to be taken . Someone who needed the appointment at the gp practice could have that appointment. I the receptionist should make sure on the information they are giving out is correct and stop wasting appointments. This is not aimed at all receptionist

I was called in on time and the nurse was very good and explained everything to me and she did everything she said she was going to do to me and then made me another appointment to come in and get my results

I was asked to book and go for a Shingles jab which I did. When I arrived there at the appointed time I was told I couldn’t have it as I was a month too early - even though it was the surgery that told me to book. I wasn’t very happy about it

I had concerns about my breathing & current asthma medication I was given an appointment with the practice asthma nurse within a few days of contacting them. We discussed my concerns & a review of my current medication. It was suggested this was changed & I was given an appointment to come back & revue how I was on this. The nurse was efficient & had listen to my concerns she also advised me if I had any side effects to stop the medication & contact her immediately I felt that my appointment had been very constructive

I have nothing but praise for the Conisbrough Group Practice, I’ve always been treated with respect and given honest answers and excellent treatment, for example I recently need to have a minor operation at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, and the stitches had to be removed at Conisbrough Group Practice … one phone call and I was immediately given an appointment

Waited for literally less than five minutes to see the doctor at my allocated time. The doctor gave me lots of information listen to my problems and gave me medication. I also gave me pros and cons. A further treatment didn’t feel rushed.

Very quick and professional. Listened to what I had to say. I explained that the cream I have to use for my condition had been removed from my repeat prescription and was assured that it would be put back on.
