I managed to get a Triage appointment with a GP on the day I needed it. I felt the GP listened to me and I felt heard and understood. A plan of action was discussed and agreed with me and a follow up appointment was put in place at the time.

I has forgotten about my appointment and the staff phoned me to ask if I was still attending my appointment so I went straight away to get my flu and covid jabs done. A big thank you to all the staff

Attended the Flu/Covid clinic and was in and out before my appointment time! Super fast and efficient service by friendly staff. No queuing which is amazing !

Very efficient and friendly. The service was great. Clinician was approachable and displayed her knowledge and skill. She was very helpful with life style suggestions.

Visited practice for flu and covid jabs. Booked in at reception, queued for nurse. Had injections. Was back in my car all within 6 mins. Great service from all staff and very informative.

I went for my Covid and Flu injections yesterday. Fabulous service, friendly helpful staff, quick and efficient. All done in a few minutes. Very well organised.
