Arrived for a physio appointment referred from my own GP. Was asked to wait in main reception to be called. Approached both desks on two occasions to follow up on wait times after 40 minutes to be told no one could access my information as I wasn’t registered there and to just take a seat. After 1 hour and 10 minutes gave up and left as no one signposted me. After contacting my own GP when I left they advised Physio is usually upstairs. Surely whether I am registered there or not the staff on reception could have signposted me to the correct floor?? Or looked on the system to see which room physio were in. Absolute joke!

I attended an appointment on the 25th January 2025. I must say that my patient experience was outstanding. I appreciate that the surgery and practitioners are extremely busy, however, Dr Kausor treated me with total respect, kindness and dignity along with compassion and understanding. She was very attentive and is an absolute credit to the organisation. Could you please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Dr Kausor.
