This surgery continually blocks you from self help by not making any appointments available online, you call and cant get thru or get 'attitude' from receptionist. You cant even message them out of hours (everything at their convenience, not the patients!) They also keep chopping and changing which messaging and patient service system they use - the NHS app, patient knows best, systemonline, patchs etc

Calls are never returned. Repeat prescriptions are always late and appointments are extremely hard to get. The staff are very abrupt and have little to no empathy. This practice has really deteriorated over the years.

I have called and tried to get medical attention for a condition that I have been treated for for months. The doctors keep sending me in circles and I have had to get emergency attention and still they can’t seem to find the time to help. They have also “lost” my medical records which is always a good sign of their reliability. Again, please do not come here if you need anything more than an annoying call with their (albeit nice) receptionists.

In past months I have tried getting an appointment which took an extremely long time despite the severity of the illness. The doctor then proceeded to patronise me and provide me with nothing, and saw me late for the appointment too. This is an ongoing and worsening theme with this practice. I made an appointment more than a week ago, and another, and another, via their patchs system which seems to be the only way to do it (but you only get to speak to a bot that asks non-sensical and repetitive questions). Since making those urgent requests for an appointment of any kind (in-person, phone, whatever most convenient for them), I haven't received any confirmation of any appointment. Worse I have not received even any word of acknowledgement from admin staff or doctors of my appointment, medical/medication requests. I am strongly thinking of changing gp practice. This one simply doesn't function well at all.

10 days ago I left a prescription for my blood pressure medicine with the surgery. When I went to Boots to pick it up 4 days later, it had not arrived. Went back to surgery and asked what happened. They said it was Boots fault so I went back to Boots. They said that they didn’t receive the prescription. I phoned the surgery and they said they would give me the bar-code number and I should take it to Boots who would give me the medicine. I went back to Boots with the bar-code and they said “that bar-code has been used”, you can’t have the medicine. I went back to the surgery and they said Boots “has given the medicine to someone else” write out a new prescription! I have to leave work every time to run between the surgery and Boots. Communication between the chemist and the surgery is awful. Why does it have to be like this? Is it so difficult to be efficient with prescriptions and supplying medicine?

As a stroke patient, the three years I signed up with this practice was without a doubt the most painful experience. The receptionist is perpetually rude, emails are never replied to, and they even rudely hang up on you when you have been waiting for a long time. I even experienced extremely bad discrimination at a phone appointment after experiencing this clinic's trademark three points. Not only did the male doctor use his trademark discriminatory words in abrupt Mandarin when I was describing my problem, but he even blamed me for speaking slowly and speculated without reason that it was because I had a stroke (which is absolutely not). I sincerely hope that residents of the neighbourhood do not try this practice unless you want your illness to go untreated and get worse.

I was bleeding and trying to get my prescription for 2 month. At the end of the day I received a wrong dosage prescription and was told that doctor didn't know what to write that is why put the dosage out of nowhere that never existed. My problem is still pending when needed a very urgent treatment.

Absolutely awful! I would argue legally liable for incompetence! The Patches system promises 24 ht response but you never hear back in less than a week. When you hear back, it’s as if the person answering is not a medical professional! They don’t understand terms, and don’t read messages, so answers are useless, last but not least, their advise was to “check with my previous doctor” who would be in a different country, so I can’t legally check with him. A disgrace to the medical profession
