It is almost impossible to get an appointment or communicate with the staff at this GP, and I have been told not to come in multiple times even when I am experiencing pain. I also have had medical records lost by this GP (results from an MRI scan) which was a stressful experience.

I don’t recommend this place. Calling them results in holding for circa 30 minutes if they answer at all, and then the rude receptionists forget they aren’t doctors and try to doctor. I should also mention if you do manage to make it in to the surgery, there is absolutely zero privacy when speaking to these receptionists. The doctors repeatedly do not listen and fob you off to a chemist and miss key diagnostic issues. I have had a call from a non doctor posing as a doctor. They refuse to see patients even on the advice of consultants. If you are genuinely ill and need actual doctoring for a diagnosis, this isn’t the place for you.

This surgery continually blocks you from self help by not making any appointments available online, you call and cant get thru or get 'attitude' from receptionist. You cant even message them out of hours (everything at their convenience, not the patients!) They also keep chopping and changing which messaging and patient service system they use - the NHS app, patient knows best, systemonline, patchs etc

Calls are never returned. Repeat prescriptions are always late and appointments are extremely hard to get. The staff are very abrupt and have little to no empathy. This practice has really deteriorated over the years.

I have called and tried to get medical attention for a condition that I have been treated for for months. The doctors keep sending me in circles and I have had to get emergency attention and still they can’t seem to find the time to help. They have also “lost” my medical records which is always a good sign of their reliability. Again, please do not come here if you need anything more than an annoying call with their (albeit nice) receptionists.
