Every time I phone up I can’t get through it’s just a joke for the working people, Even when you go to the medical centre and you get the reception and ask for a prescription and get told you go to a chemist and buy it over the counter , Why is it working person can’t get help anymore

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel frustrated that you can no longer verbally request a prescription at the reception desk. However, we are pleased to inform you there are many different methods available to request medication, which you can access 24 hrs a day, 7 days per week. The practice no longer takes verbal prescription requests, to prevent any errors or miscommunications which may impact our patients. However, you can still bring your request into the Surgery and place it in the prescription request boxes located in the Reception area if you did not wish to use one of the alternative methods. If you would like more information on the various methods to request your medication, please do not hesitate to contact the Surgery and a member of staff will happily help you. As a individual that has chronic pulmonary disease a couple of months ago I felt so so ill I got a appointment same day with Dr M and he gave me a thorough examination and swiftly made out a full history letter for the hospital and sent me straight away so grateful thank you

Avoid this place, rude staff and lack of professionalism. I had a blood test and never get the results. I was keep getting messages saying that they try to call me, when they never did. I called twice to explain them that i work on my phone so its impossible to be called and not answer but i have been treat with disrespect.

Dear Mr Ionescu, We are very sorry that you feel you have not been contacted. We understand this can be very frustrating. However, upon review, I can see that the Surgery attempted to contact you on 3 separate occasions and sent a text message each time, requesting you make an appointment with the Surgery to discuss your results, as we were unable to reach you via the telephone. I'm sorry you feel you have been treated disrespectfully and if you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact the Surgery and speak to a team member regarding this matter.
