My wife has an existing condition which generates varying and sometimes debilitating effects. Whichever GP we see shows care and compassion as well as professionalism. Last week though my wife suffered violent attacks of Trigeminal Neuralgia in her jaw - not related to her existing condition. Our immediate concern was pain relief. I received a phone call back within one hour of asking for help. I discussed options with the doctor and within 30 minutes I was picking up a prescription from the Chemist. That was great but so was the concern shown by the Doctor. I was left reassured I should get back to her immediately if things did not improve significantly within the day. The support shown to me, as a carer, was much appreciated. Over these last few years the media have picked up on patients difficulties in accessing GP services across parts of the UK. Not something I have encountered with the Conway Road practice since we move back to Sale. Excellent service. Thank You.

I phoned the surgery at 8am requesting an emergency appointment as I've been unwell for the past 4 days. I was provided with with one at 8:50 am. I saw a wonderfully caring lady doctor. After a thorough check some medication was sent to the chemist and a further appointment made to see the physio. I was home for 9:20 am after picking up the medication. The best NHS service ever and I'm now on the road to recovery, fingers crossed. Thank you Conway Road.

I attended for an emergency situation today. All staff were helpful, courteous & very professional. My wife & self were so impressed with the care received. Thankfully I got an emergency appointment on ringing the practice & everyone from the receptionist through to the GP & nurse specialist were without doubt amazingly helpful. We feel so fortunate to be registered with this practice.

It took 3 days and six phone calls to get an appointment which then was only a phone appointment - no specific time was given so I had to wait all day got a call at 6:30pm when i was getting my children ready for bed. No options on phone appointment it’s either take it or leave it. Then spoke to a doctor I’ve never dealt with before (i have an on going condition), every appointment has been a different doctor so constantly explaining. Tedious and frustrating only to be told they can’t do anything. Nothing done. Super poor service.

I have reviewed your comments but cannot see that you are registered with Conway Road MP based in Sale Cheshire. It may be that you were attending with a family member or friend. I've been going to this surgery for now well 31 years never had a single problem receptionists are always very helpful and accommodating, never struggle to see a GP, always go above and beyond. The doctors I've seen have always been caring and compassionate and always get and problems or ailments sorted promptly, thank you for all your care and support everyone

Recieved text from practice to have bloods and then make appointment with a nurse . Had bloods and they have no record of the text they sent baffling. Since the pandemic this surgery does as little as possible it takes weeks to get a appointment and even then it's over the phone. The pandemic is over so go back to normal and be there for your patients instead of doing as little as possible. Personally I think it's shameful.

Dear Patient The practice and GP management team are truly sorry to hear that you have not experienced good service from the practice. We currently have pre bookable and on the day face to face appointments available every day to see a GP. Also face to face appointments with nurses each day. We appreciate that sometimes the wait to see a clinician in advance is sometimes longer than we would like but we are working hard to make this better. Throughout the covid pandemic we continued to see patients face to face where appropriate and necessary. Naturally we did try not to bring in patients unnecessarily during the lockdown periods but once these were lifted our doors were opened to the system we had pre pandemic which meant majority of appointments with the GPs are face to face. This is what our patients said they preferred but we do still retain some telephone and on line slots for those who request this means of consultation. We can assure you that all our team work extremely hard, often late into the evenings and weekends to make sure we provide the best possible care we can however we have noted your comments and will reflect on our service levels and make improvements where we can We would like to reassure you that we will be looking at our service following your review. this medical practice is fab. My go to Doctor is Dr b. I find her profession, friendly and reassuring. All the staff are lovely and you do get an appointment that particular day if they feel you need it. The place is clean. I would definitely recommend this medical practice.

I have been with this surgery for 3 years, reception staff and doctors are always courteous , responsive and caring, they have never failed me or my wife when we asked to see a doctor. Despite the immense pressure on GP surgeries and shortage of doctors, they continue to deliver excellent service each time on time, thank you.
