I would like to thank all those concerned who assisted my mother on wed 27th November. From the almost immediate call handling by the reception team, the surgery’s paramedic who called out with minutes and to the ambulance crew who too were so timely in there response.. there professional and quick action without doubt saved my mother from serious illness and ensured she was home in time for tea!!! Definitely an A Team !!! Thank you

I took my young son for an appointment with a female paramedic at the surgery - I'm not sure on her name. She was brilliant - she was clear, professional, and very soft and kind with my son which made the whole experience so much easier and settling for a parent. I was very grateful for her kind and patient help.

Doctors and staff are great and do a fantastic job. However on the old online system it was easy to use as you could log in. Try as I might there is no log in on the new system. There is no way of logging in please could some one call me 07940434685

Trying to book a blood test for my husband as requested by email. Have emailed, phoned but too busy to answer, tried eCONSULT which is closed for the day at 4.30 pm. Everything is too stressful. Only been at this surgery for 18 months but neither of us has seen our named doctor. We know the NHS is under pressure but so are the patients.

Raised a query via econsult practice. Received an email saying someone will be in touch and no one has after several days. This is a typical experience.

Phoned yesterday morning, pressed button for a return call, got an appointment for an hour later, lovely nurse listened to me, sent prescription through to my chemist. Back home in an hour. Fantastic service.

I have been very impressed with the service I’ve received at this surgery. Rang in the morning about my daughter feeling unwell and chose a call back service. I was rung back within 40 minutes and had an appointment given for that morning. The practitioner was amazing with my daughter and gave us advice and prescriptions as needed. Brilliant service considering how busy I know they get!

Managed to book an appointment for a non-urgent issue much quicker than I had expected. Saw a brilliant GP this morning who was just so kind, helpful and thorough. A fabulous service for which I am truly very grateful. Thank you so much.

I had been unwell with strep a for roughly 10 days and was still showing some symptoms so I phoned the surgery. The reception and triage team were kind, understanding and very efficient. They booked an appointment for me to see someone later that day. The gentleman I saw was a paramedic. He was fantastic! He was kind, considerate and attentive. He was incredibly thorough and really tried his absolute best to help, which at 25 weeks pregnant I really apprecitated. When he went to get a second opinion, again, a very considerate doctor volunteered to add me to her call list to check on my symptoms. I left feeling comforted and assured that I was being cared for properly. I would really recommend this surgery to anyone and especially seeing this paramedic. He was great! Thank you.
