I had to contact the surgy twice in the past month for the same issue. In both cases (one via econsult and once by phone) the GP hot back to me in a manner of hours (3 hours at the most!) And when needed invited me for a face to face consultation an hour later. After getting used to waiting days for response, my current experience with Cornwall house clinic could not be any better.

The GP I saw face to face for my condition was brilliant. She was kind, listened actively, interested in my concerns, thoughtful and thorough in her assessment. She responded to my query very quickly. I wish there were more doctors like her!

This practice had some managerial problems in the past, but it is now changed and is extremely helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring and try their best within these difficult times whilst the NHS is under pressure. Some receptionists are more pleasant than others. The e-consult system really works.

I’m very pleased me and my family we all are registered at Cornwall House Surgery as each time we’ve needed medical assistance and medical advice the whole team at the surgery has been professional, helpful and kind to us.

1. Website link to Cornwall house surgery does not resolve 2. Elderly patients are unable to call the surgery to make an appointment - the phone system is confusing and laborious 3. Out patient appointments made for elderly patients arranged at venues very difficult to get to - example, X-ray appointment at Enfield for 94 year old living in Finchley Central 4. No continuity in GP appointments - different GP every time 5. no follow up appointments 6. No regard for elderly perhaps with no mobile or internet access
