  1. Review titled Rude and unhelpful receptionists

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Patient - Posted on 16 May 2024

I’ve recently moved to the area and never experienced such unhelpful receptionists. They cut you off mid sentence, speak to you in a condescending manner and do nothing to help resolve issues. Very unhelpful- I left the conversation feeling really deflated after attempting to arrange a phone call consultation for a simple prescription

Rated 1 star out of 5

by PETER LEE FULTHORPE - Posted on 07 November 2023

Myself, my wife and my son have tried numerous times to get appointments and it is impossible. Had something wrong with my arm was advised to go to A and E. It was neither an accident or an emergency. Still not been treated. We have been patients for 40 years but only had problems in last three.

  3. Review titled Worst Practice Ever

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Dionne Harber - Posted on 27 April 2023

First of all we were spoken to by a rather rude receptionist. We were late to our appointment which I admitted, explained our reason and apologised. To which she then lied to us about how late we were and that midwife couldn’t see us when she didn’t even check. The midwife is lovely so I’m not directing anything to her but I’m upset with the receptionist and a doctor. The doctor I saw for my baby’s checkup I spoke to about having some serious issues and she said she would call me and book an appointment but she never did. Leaving me suffering for longer from issues I had with my birth(mental and physical). I was very upset at the time, I was struggling so much. She also referred me to somewhere where they said they had a waiting list and could not give me an appointment which is quite useless and made me run around about it. I’ve now decided to go to a new GP so I can actually be given help.

  4. Review titled horrendous experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

Got referred for a ultrasound from my doctors and was the worst experience in my whole life , said I was lying about if I had aten and been sarcastic as I was still drinking water when I turned up , as they couldn’t see anything on the scan they said would you rather come back or do a internal which as I was already there I went with the second option , the 2 woman didn’t seem happy and told me to go to the toilet to empty my bladder , on the way back in they was talking about me which was very rude and not professional! Told me to take my trousers off and didn’t cover me with anything so bascially getting changed infront of two woman I didn’t know and treated me like I was a prisoner. Did the scan and said there was nothing up with me as I had a reason to get the scan as was in pain and told me to get changed and leave still not giving me any privacy to sort myself out , when I said to have the internal scan she said are u okay I said yes but it’s not pleasant trying to make a convocation so I didn’t feel so uncomfortable then the woman said well u don’t have to have it , when I left I was crying to my mother with how bad the experience was , I will never be having it done again .
