   I was a patient here for five years and always found it difficult to get an appointment. I frequently felt fobbed off by the receptionists, and rarely had my medical needs attended to appropriately. For example, I was refused an appointment for morning sickness. I frequently had to take my son to paeds A&E as was refused appointments with a doctor at this practice (e.g. for conjunctivitis or told to see a paramedic or misdiagnosed a case of post viral arthritis). I have recently changed GP and my experience is so much better!! It has really highlighted to me how poor the access to care was at cowley road medical practice.
