    Filled in an e-consult and got a same day appointment. GP was lovely and the service was excellent. The reception staff were also great. This practice is a gem!

    Four generations of our family are registered with Cramlington Medical Group and each one, aged from 0-90 receive the same consistently outstanding care and respect. Access to appointments and advice is straightforward and very quick. Staff are, without exception, friendly, efficient and professional. All go above and beyond what might be expected, being in touch to check how things are going and demonstrating genuine care and concern. A number of our family members have have been through difficult health situations in recent months and I cannot overstate what a huge difference it has made to us all to have the support and care of this practice. Thank you all!
