Review titled Fantastic care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Shirley coe - Posted on 08 October 2024
This team is so caring and encouraging I have been a diabetic for about 15 years and was on the verge of being put on insulin. With the help and encouragement from the diabetic nurse my bloods are now at pre diabetes I could not have done this without the advice and help. They have made me feel wonderful again

Review titled Had a positive experience for first
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Emily - Posted on 26 April 2024
I had a good experience recently visiting the practice for the first time. I did have to wait a few weeks for my appointment, but that was absolutely fine with me as my matter was not urgent, so was expected. When I had initially telephoned to book my appointment, I was able to speak to someone promptly. Upon visiting, the receptionist was friendly and was able to set me up patient access easily. In addition, I was able to see my assigned GP who was friendly, and all other staff I saw were friendly and welcoming. I had a really positive experience.

Review titled Quitting smoking
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 15 September 2023
It's not easy to give up smoking after so many years of dependence, though the help and support the surgery offered has been a huge help and, as of today, I am now 4 month free of the habit. Thank you Cranbrook Medical Team
