Review titled Amazing GP Practice Care Navigator
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Reena Ghai - Posted on 03 May 2024
I have been really poorly for the past 2 months and I have attended the surgery on a number of occasions and I found the Practice Care Navigator caring, helpful and ensured that my needs were considered when she was booking appointments with the doctors or any other appointments, nothing was too difficult for her. Thank you so much The doctors I have been seeing have been amazing with their caring manner.

Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Hannah - Posted on 16 April 2024
Having been with this GP since 2018 I have never had such a great experience than when I see the nurse. She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease no matter the reason for my appointment. No matter the time of the appointment she greets me with friendliness and a fabulous chat

Review titled Life saving
Rated 5 stars out of 5

This surgery saved my life and I will forever be great full for their service. The GP's listen, take action and make the effort to remember who you are. It is easy to get an appointment by using Patchs but I can understand that this is not entirely accessible for all. When I have had to call I have found that I have no had to wait for longer then 15 minutes. Waiting times can vary from on time too up to 40 minutes late. I find the reception staff super helpful and caring however they are a busy surgery and mistakes in admin have happened which is nothing more then an inconvenience, it happens. If I compare this to my last surgery, Cranford Medical Centre are absolutely smashing it. The care towards critical patients has been nothing short of exemplary.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the difficulty that you have experienced in contacting the practice. In the morning our phone lines are extremely busy as patients are calling for urgent appointments. We have enabled an online access called Patchs. Access is available Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm. Patchs can be used to request appointment, request sick note or any other query. Telephone lines are less busy after 11am. Please do approach reception desk in person about your query today to see or speak to myself or doctor in person if you can so that we can able to help you. Yours Sincerely Parul Dave Deputy Practice Manager

Review titled Incredibly difficult to contact.
Rated 2 stars out of 5

At many times you may call this practice and wait over 45-60mins to get through when there are 3 people in the queue. At other times the phone line simply does not ring and disconnects you. It is very frustrating.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We welcome all feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you had difficulty contacting us via telephone. I would like to inform you that we have recently implemented some changes in our telephone system after careful consideration. Below changes have been implemented since 15th November 2022: • Telephone message has been updated. Our message gives clear instructions about other ways of accessing the practice such as SystmOnline and Patchs. • Queuing system has been removed, patient will hear engaged tone if practice phone is busy. There was a technical issue while we implemented the changes but this has been resolved now. We are closely monitoring above changes and might revert back to queuing system if it doesn’t work for the patients. Patients who can use go online should use our online access, this will help us free up our phone lines for elderly and vulnerable people. Patchs request is the quickest and efficient way to get in touch with the practice. If you need any help to register on Patchs, please feel free to visit the practice and ask reception staff to help you. Once again thank you for your feedback and please accept our apology. Yours Sincerely Parul Dave Deputy Practice Manager
