We arrived from a different borough so my son could have an ultrasound. My son (18) approached the counter and said he had an ultrasound. The receptionist asked if he had a form as he couldn't have his appointment without it. I said we hadn't received a form, just a text message. She rudely asked if I had bothered to read the text. I said I had, and explained the text only informed us of the time/place and preparation for the ultrasound. Upon showing the receptionist the text, she said 'Oh it's an ultrasound. You said blood test'. My son and I said that my son had said he was there for an ultrasound. She repeated 3 times, 'I heard blood test', and continued to be condescending. She could have apologised for the misunderstanding on her part, but at no point said sorry. She was very rude.

I took my 7 year old to see the doctor this morning, I cannot praise the doctor enough. She addressed my daughter as soon as we walked through the door and put her completely at ease. She listened carefully and made links with another on going medical issue. Most importantly, she told me to trust my mum gut - music to my ears! Thank you, doctors like this are worth their weight in gold.

Waiting for blood test in reception - young lady clearly in distress at counter - lady behind counter was so sympathetic and went round to the public side to comfort her. Staff consistently good here.

All round great practice, from the prompt response when calling, to the friendly and helpful reception team, and the same day phone call following up on the email I sent. I do not recall the name of the GP I spoke to, but she was fabulous. She worked through every part of my email giving me detailed information and guidance. I then received a follow up call as promised from the Social Prescriber, who offered further support and shared useful information. Thank you!
