My appointment was at 19:34 on Thursday 5 October 2023. The whole experience was quite efficient. There was a short queue but the people giving the vaccine were pleasant and reassuring and I would recommend getting your vaccine there.

Despite attending the wrong surgery for my flu vaccination they were able to fit me in which saved me having to make another appointment

My wife and I though that we had booked our jabs on our phones but they could not find a record of them.The receptionists found spare injections for us to have so every thing worked fine.The jabs where painless. Thanks for everything.

I went for my covid & flu injection on Thursday evening at Crawcrook surgery . It was very busy but well organised & all staff were very pleasant after short wait I had both injections sorted.

One way system operated effectively, appointment times kept to and able to have both COVID and flu jabs at the same appointment which save a return visit.

Easy injection process. Only problem is if you don't drive it would be difficult to attend the surgery.

Covid vaccination at Crawcrook was very well organised. I got the text to say it was available, logged on and made an appointment. I got the appointment within a few days. Turned up 10 minutes before the appointment, was greeted on reception and asked to fill in a consent form. Stood in the queue for 2-3 minutes then went through the consent for with a very friendly lady who asked if I wanted the flu vaccine at the same time. I said I would stick with my original flu vaccine appointment in case I had a reaction. I didn’t have a reaction and have since had my flu vaccine also without reaction. The whole process was very well organised. I do a lot of things through the NHS App which I find useful. Many thanks

Attended Crawcrook Surgery for my Covid booster and I was very impressed with the really efficient process they had. Virtually no waiting around. In one door and out the other within a few minutes.
