Arrived early for flu jab - thought I'd have a really long wait, but service was so efficient that I was leaving having had the jab, before my appointment time.

Came for my covid vaccination on Saturday and was offered my flu one at the same time which I accepted it was dealt with by extremely efficient staff and very pleasant staff as well it was dealt with very fast and efficiently

Very well organised Flu Vaccination Clinic. All staff helpful, efficient and friendly. One way system a good idea helps the clinic flow efficiently. I haven’t had any problems with the vaccination.

I had separate appointments for these vaccinations which I preferred. On both occasions the clinics were run efficiently and I was seen quickly. The practitioners put me at ease and I didn’t feel rushed even though the clinics were busy. I had to change the date of one appointment and that was dealt with by the reception staff.

After booking myself online for my covid and flu jabs which were meant to be on different weekends I arrived for my covid injection, the que was quite long so I thought this is going to be a while, but they were well organised, one way in then exit, also several nurses that did the injections, I'd heard different patients being asked if they'd want the Flu Jab at the same time, so I was pleased we had that choice, so that's what I did, so easy and very quick. I just wish all appointments went so easy, we can never get through on the phone lines and this includes 3 doctors surgery's, can hardly ever get to see a doctor, things should be better, instead since covid things have gone to part, and need to sort themselves out, because it's patients that are suffering because of this constantly using covid as the reason.

With regards to getting through on our telephones, we have as many staff as possible answering the phones on a daily basis but we do get a very high volume of calls especially first thing on a morning and all calls are answered as quickly as possible. took my wife for her flu jab yesterday mine wasn't booked but they fitted me in within a few minutes, very grateful saved another journey to the practice, thank you for being so acommodating .

Covid clinic was run with extreme efficiency. The reception staff and nurses couldn't be more highly rated. The only criticism would be lack of signage as to which queue to join

I attended the surgery for my COVID vaccination. I was offered the flu vaccination at the same time which was excellent. The staff were excellent and efficient during a very busy Saturday vaccination clinic

I went to the clinic for my covid vaccine on a Thursday night. It was very busy but the staff stayed calm & were very helpful. I felt very relaxed with the staff.
