The staffs and the doctors are very polite and very professional and helpful to me. They attended to my needs. My appointment was booked in time to see my prefer GP

Booking an appointment was not as simple as I would hope but once I was in the system it was easy to book, appointment were available within a couple of days & at the appointment the Dr was attentive & helpful & agreed next steps with me. The prescription was sent direct to the pharmacy & available to collect the next day as they said it would be.

I am overwhelmed with her gratitude for and her kindness. I cannot express my words towards her kindness and empathy toward my son! She was efficient and met my expectations. 5stars 🌟 for customer service and supporting for that day that I was struggled to find an appointment for my little one!

Being first in the queue for an hour and still no one answers. When I attend the surgery the receptionists are gossiping away and then say oh sorry we just got in from break. Ridiculous joke of service offered by the surgery. Please get staff who actually have an ounce of empathy so that they will actually care and not get paid doing nothing.

I had to visit the GP for my health issue going in for last couple of weeks . And the doctor who saw me was really professional and attentive. Who listened my concerns and referred me accordingly. Was good experience.

Dr’s there is really helpful and attentive. They takes my case and health problems very seriously and helps me. Also my GP Crawley Road Medical Center is very fast acting and helpful, I am very satisfied.

The female pharmacist, specialises in women's health. She was very patient in explaining issues around menopause and peri menopause and answered all my questions. She is the first person who has made me feel heard & seen with my symptoms. I would encourage all women to book time with her if appropriate. She is excellent!

This morning (27th August) at 8:40am i called the GP i very recently got registered to and a gentleman picked up the phone. He didn’t tell me his name and carried on the conversation. I enquired about a dentistry recommendation as they are my GP. The person i was talking to was okay when he started the conversation but as i kept asking more questions he was getting frustrated with me. At the end of the call he hang up on my face as soon as i said thank you without any acknowledgment. I don’t expect to be registered to a GP like this to their patients. I would make an official complaint about this and unregister myself from this GP.
