    Lovely service, great Doctor. I liked how the Doctor explained my symptoms to me and talked me through my health issues.

    Yesterday was referred by 111 to get an appointment. At first lady on the phone said she can't see my details, called back 111 and they said they can see I am registered with them and advised to try again also saying I need an urgent appointment in the next 24 hours. Called again and second lady said they can see my details but we're almost fully booked was advised to call tomorrow . I called 111 third time explained everything and was told to try again. Called again and lady (no one said who I m talking to)said that u have been told we don't have any appointments for today left. Feeling frustrated having a temperature 39 symptoms getting worse than yesterday. So this morning right at 8 o'clock called again and was told I'm 13 in the que press button to receive a call back when I'm going to be first in the que. It's 13:42 and I haven't still received any phone calls from this gp. So I don't know how to seek for help . Please investigate this situation as looking at the reviews on Google I'm not the only person been treated in a such unprofessional manner.

    This is a Great and Amazing Health Centre GP Practice with great GPs and Staff. My family and I have been with Cressex Health Centre for nearly 4 years and the level of patient care and service has been excellent and amazing... When I visited Cressex Health Centre the GPs and Medical Staff were very competent and professional and were kind and courteous and provided excellent care and service. When I phoned the practice I was offered either a face-to-face Akther or telephone consultation after being triaged by the duty doctor. This is very different indeed to the very poor level of service we received from GP practices in London when you had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and usually you were sent to A&E. We are very very pleased with Cressex Health Centre and all the GPs and Medical and Non Medical Staff. I highly recommended this GP Health Centre Practice.

    Service at this practice is absolutely terrible , I am sorry to say - it is mainly due to reception staff ( some of them ) being very unhelpful ,giving incorrect advice , and telling lies. It is impossible to get an appointment , when you do finally get through and get put on a call back list - 3 times I did not receive call back. After my mums surgery when she required stitches removed - they advised to go to hospital to minor injury clinic , only after me strongly rejecting that suggestion appointment was created. Then again after nurse asked us to come back for check up after a week , we made an appointment and when we did get back appointment was missing and receptionist insisted we did not have one booked ! Only after her colleague hearing the conversation and telling her she witness us booking that appointment , we were allowed to see nurse. I now have been trying to get repeat prescription for over 2 weeks , first it was just not done , then again after second request . Yesterday i rang practice to be told again by reception that due to system issues it was printed rather than send to Pharmacy , she apparently checked and told be 100% it was at the practice and advised us we have to come in to pick it up. again today at surgery my dad tried to pick it up only to be told that it is not here at all , it wasnt done and they only now send a request to doctor to issue. We had number of forms missing...... You really need to get this sorted as receptionists are now being just rude to patients , I noticed especially when they can not speak very good english , they are being talk down at , ignored. on a positive note clinicians we see are always very helpful , knowledgeable and nice . My biggest stress is dealing with receptionist , I found them to be lying so many times it is just wrong ...
