Having recently moved to the area, as new patients, our first contact with the practice was excellent. A very attentive doctor who took time to discuss our ongoing needs. He followed up on an opthalmic enquiry immediately after our visit and we were advised of his action the same day!! An excellent first experience.

The reception team at both Crich and South Wingfield have been exceptionally helpful and patient. I needed to collect a complex prescription before I left for a holiday and they all went out of their way to ensure that the prescription was sorted. They phoned me to keep me up to date and helped me to source an altenative pharmacy when the medication was not available at Crich. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

I had an infection and needed an appointment. This was arranged, I was seen by a sympathetic, knowledgeable doctor and treated professionally.

Very thorough , thoughtful and professional care as always at Crich Medical Practice. All of the GP team fill me with immense confidence. The Reception team were also very helpful. This recent visit was important to me and I felt that the lady doctor was really listening to my situation.

Excellent & quick review with the doctor who made a very Quick referral to appropriate specialist and gave clear advice and follow up required .

Excellent service from all the staff and Doctor. Rang the practice at 09:00am and had a appointment with the doctor before 11:00am.

I called up at ~10am with a none emergency issue. Within 30 minutes I'd been seen by a doctor and given a prescription medication. Amazed and very very impressed. Thank you.
