I have had an ongoing issue and this is the third time pain/discomfort has caused me to request medical attention. I telephoned late morning when the pain was at its worst, I was given an afternoon appointment close to my home. The doctor I saw was approachable, caring, very thorough and in my opinion took the right action in my case. All of which was conveyed in a thorough and understandable way to me. Excellent experience all round.

Helpful staff and trouble free appointment booking....doctor very clear and reassuring.The surgery is well laid out and reception staff friendly..

A very timely visit to help with a continuous health concern with follow up visit agreed . All medication checked thoroughly with an agreed monitoring and plan to reduce frequency of support thank you

Very understanding Have good empathy Happy with the appointment time Not having to wait too long to be seen by the GP. The people on the desk were very polite . I can only say the car park could do with more disabled bays. I know this might be difficult do to the size of it.

Was seen by a doctor within 2 hours of me ringing and was able to pick up my prescription the same afternoon. Staff are all lovely. Cannot praise this practice highly enough!

As soon as I was seen to be struggling with mobility, the GP found a wheelchair for me and wheeled me in, which was very helpful. They had a very pleasant manner and were obviously a very competent GP. They said they would see what they could do to get the district nurses to do my tests at home, which would help, too, given my mobility issues.

I was able to get an appointment the same day. All staff were polite, efficient and sensitive. The doctor I saw completed the referral I needed instantly so my treatment could continue with the appropriate specialists.

I have never had any problems with any of the doctors or staff..all very caring and respectful no issues getting an appointment..but I don't attend very often..iv found the hardest part is getting my head round the Internet for xrays..bloods etc and nearly gave up..
