Book an appointment same day. Great service and the Doctor was extremely helpful. She understood my problem and hopefully I will be better soon.

As always when I ring with an exacerbation of asthma I was offered a prompt same day call back, and spoke to a Dr within an hour. She was clinically thorough, friendly and empathic and made me feel supported and safe. As a frequent attender she was also very good at reassuring me that I was not wasting their time, and offered ongoing support if I deteriorated Excellent practice from reception through to GP as always, many thanks.

I requested a routine appointment with a female GP. This was arranged by the receptionist, but when asked the reason for my call, the receptionist made me an appointment for the same day. After the consultation I felt reassured with the outcome.

Speedy response following recommendation from my knee consultant . Seen same day and full examination by my GP and initiated further tests with view to getting to bottom of problem and review date set.

I rang the surgery and was given a same day appointment after discussing with the pharmacist at the practise that I needed to see a doctor . The doctor was very polite and helped me understand what she was doing and why . Having examined me and prescribe to me my medication she also added if the antibiotics were not improving my water infection I need to ring back and see her . This practice have a lovely team from reception to nursing and GP level . I come away feeling reassured and relieved.

Having recently moved to the area, as new patients, our first contact with the practice was excellent. A very attentive doctor who took time to discuss our ongoing needs. He followed up on an opthalmic enquiry immediately after our visit and we were advised of his action the same day!! An excellent first experience.

The reception team at both Crich and South Wingfield have been exceptionally helpful and patient. I needed to collect a complex prescription before I left for a holiday and they all went out of their way to ensure that the prescription was sorted. They phoned me to keep me up to date and helped me to source an altenative pharmacy when the medication was not available at Crich. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

I had an infection and needed an appointment. This was arranged, I was seen by a sympathetic, knowledgeable doctor and treated professionally.
