Like many practices, the booking of an appointment, is made as difficult as possible for the patient. After visiting the surgery and requesting an appointment with a GP, told the usual , all appointments for today have been taken. Advised the secretary an appointment even in a months time would be suitable, but the same “we can’t do that you will have to ring or try online.” Of course “we can’t should be replaced by we won’t . Tried on line but the same, no appointments available today.

So I’ve been contacting doctors regarding my 3 month olds sickness, they keep telling me to change their formula, but nothing helps, the doctors then tell me nothings wrong, no matter how many times I tell them my little one is in visual discomfort with it. To top it off, I called regarding myself, I’m struggling to breathe with my asthma, my throat is swollen, all the doctors said was there’s nothing wrong just take paracetamol. Both incidents were over the phone, no offer to see myself or my little one. Looks like a trip to A&E because croft hall doctors are useless
