Just wanted to say a big thank you. Rang Monday morning for an urgent appointment for my son who had been up all night with an ear infection. Seen at 10.20, really helpful consultation, prescription issued and collected. Then received text with further info re the condition. Seen within 2 hours of calling. We are lucky to have you! Thanks cropwell surgery!

Having moved to this Practice a year ago, we are constantly impressed of the high level of patient care and understanding from the entire team - the receptionist staff, the medical team and GPs. They are absolutely brilliant and we highly recommend this Practice.
