  1. Review titled No one care, absolutely unprofessional

Rated 1 star out of 5

I had appointment 07/03/25 give my readings of high blood pressure to nurse and she suggested as they still too high even take two tablets that I have to speak to pharmacist first make an appointment one week later on the day I have waited all day until I heard from surgery that the appointment is canceled and she will aim to call me next day. Well 12:29 14/03/25 I had missed phone call just when I go to bathroom. I have called surgery back straight after and they said nurse will give me a ring back. That did not happen and I thought she will call on Monday but I have to call to surgery on Wednesday 19/03 and said that pharmacists never called me and they gave me another appointment for next day and that she call me in the morning. I have waited and make sure all day I have my phone next to me at all the time as I have run out of the pills that time and was really important for me I will get my tablets as soon as possible. 11:45 I have called the surgery that I have still did not receive any phone call and they have said she will call me soon. Well 15:09 I have recievef 3 minutes phone call, where pharmacist was faraway from the phone and she had done something else as I can clearly hear in the phone, she did not know about my blood pressure even I have tell them prior my appointment what will be about and that I want to discuss my hb readings, she said she need to increase my tablets I have explained that I need to order from pharmacy very soon and she said something when I want her to repeat it she come to hallway where was echo and said is echo if she can repeat it and she said she will give me a call within 2minutes. I said to her I don’t want to do that as I waited all day for this and blocked my phone for whole day and want to solve it and she said she will call me within 10 minutes. I have waited 30minutes and come down to surgery, they have said she needed to leave and she is not there anymore and she will give me call. I said this is unbelievable and the receptionist just had arrogant smirk and she said is ok. I said no is not ok. I said is not good for my high blood pressure. And she arrogantly replied is ok. I am waiting still and she never call me. I found very careless, arrogant, highly unprofessional and in place like Gp surgery everyone should be highly professional. This behaviour is not acceptable. I am so disappointed and moreover that they don’t see them selves that they should have duty of care!?

  2. Review titled Lack of humanity

by Laminisita - Posted on 20 March 2024

My doctor was a completely impersonal individual who was more interested in staring at his computer than paying attention to what I had to say. Incredibly impolite—even suggesting that what was occurring to me was typical and even suggesting that I was wasting his time. He also said to me: "Sorry, I don't have time for this". I had to tell him that I was not going out until he listen to me and that I was waiting for that appointment two weeks! and I was in his office for not even 10 minutes. That was the rudest doctor I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I've attempted to schedule a medical appointment three times now, and each time has been so lengthy that I've had to visit walk-in clinics and other doctors. It is a shame that I am not being able to provide his name so other people can avoid him.

  3. Review titled Disaster and dangerous to your health!

Rated 1 star out of 5

This is not a place to go if you are sick! The Receptionists are rude, dont book appointments and also put the phone down on you when you ask what is happening and tell you not to call them! im shocked with this surgery, I can't even all it that. I was left untreated and went to ANE 3 times because of the lack of care and listening skills of the receptionists. This Surgery was reviewed in 2016 and needed extreme improvement and management was fired. Clearly they have not learnt their lessons and don't care about the service they provide and to me as a new patient it has obviously become worse over time! I may not not be able to walk because of their lack of care! Please shut down this "medical facility

  4. Review titled Pathetic Customer Service & No punctuality

Rated 1 star out of 5

Just moved to this surgery three months back.... No timelines at all in terms of scheduled appointments... If you ask them how long will it take, they will frown you by saying that the doctor will call you when it is time!! If the doctors are always late, as a patient, we deserve at least an apology from the reception team.

  5. Review titled Just a number

Rated 1 star out of 5

by WYNDHAM PAUL DIXON - Posted on 01 September 2023

After decades as a patient this practice ditched me, partway through a course of treatment, with little notice, no assistance in moving to another practice and absolutely no apology. No one from the management team spoke to me, I just received a phone call from the receptionist one day telling me to clear off. The reason was that I don't live in their catchment area, which is true, but I have lived at this address for five years. This year in particular I have received very good treatment at this surgery but having to switch to another surgery has interrupted my treatment and set me back weeks. It's a question of numbers, patients are just numbers and they're trying to ditch as many numbers as possible.
