I have always been happy with my experience at this surgery but must add that the receptionists are outstanding. Always helpful, calm and friendly. They go the extra mile for the patients. Their job is complicated and often difficult, so their competency is to be admired.

My pharmacy recommended I use the practice online triage service. I sent a photo of a wound and short narrative. A doctor phoned me later that day, prescribed some antibiotic cream and arranged for me to see a nurse the very next day. Such swift and helpful care. Excellent!

Suffering from white coat syndrome, I cannot rate highly enough the support and service I received at Cross Deep. When I first booked in for an ultrasound, I shared with the staff that I was extremely anxious. They asked if I would like a note left on my record - I wish every medical service would offer this! On going to my appointment, the staff member who conducted the ultrasound was incredibly supportive, patient and reassuring. The office team were warm and welcoming. The service I received from booking, to the appointment itself cannot be faulted - exceptional service and customer care.

I had an Ultrasound at this practice, which meant I did not have to attend Hospital. It was convenient and quick. The lady who performed the scan was friendly and put me at my ease.

The health professional who carried out my ultrasound was friendly and put me at ease even though the procedure was extremely uncomfortable . I really hope the service continues to be funded.

Everyone at Crossdeep always goes above and beyond when dealing with patients. The reception staff are lovely. The nurses very caring and kind. And the doctors are brilliant. In addition, the practice itself is always clean and very well run. Honestly, it’s the best surgery I’ve ever been to and recommend it to everyone who moves to the area. It feels like the people working here genuinely care about the patients, which is both reassuring and refreshing. Thank you.

I have been a patient at Cross Deep for over 20 years. My first GP retired after a few years and was amazing and went above and beyond. My current GP (please don’t retire yet- I need you to see me out) is a fantastic GP who knows me so well as I’m sure she knows all her patients professionally speaking. I am in awe, just wish she could be cloned! I never leave reviews but this is the only way I can show my gratitude from a very grateful Angela Peters

I have been with Cross Deep Surgery since I moved to Twickenham two years ago to care for my elderly uncle - he has been with them for decades. In that time I have found everyone there to be not just very good at their job (they are), but open, friendly, accessible and helpful. There is very much the feel of a small clinic serving the community at Cross Deep - something which is sadly very rare at GPs nowadays. Everyone ; doctors, clinical staff, support staff, receptionists - the whole team - have been nothing but helpful, supportive and professional through what have obviously been very difficult times for both their patients and them. I have been with a number of doctors over the years. I can’t think of a better one than Cross Deep.
