    No reply to the form completed. Attended the surgery a week later on the morning of Monday 24th of June and was not very nice to the receptionist. She did not take offence but treated me respectfully and sorted out my problem there and then. A big thank you for her customer service.

    Crosshills Group Practice is a terrible practice i am still waiting for a doctor to get back to me about my medical condition, i filled an online form in as requested by the practice but i feel that they are ignoring me, i think this behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional.

    Thank you , Thank you Was in total distress today with no appointment, just took myself to the practice and the receptionist could see this and went above and beyond for ME ! Thank you so much and all the other staff that helped me . You all were truly amazing.

    I have been very impressed with new system . Every time I have had to use the service I have been able to contact the practice easily and been contacted swiftly and triaged appropriately. Lovely friendly staff too. Thoroughly recommend them.

    Struggling elsewhere to get support socks to fit. Made the appointment with a nurse here, early access to an appt, no delay in seeing nurse who was very aware of the problem and the process of size availability. Cant fault either the speed of being seen or the knowledge and friendliness of the nurse. Very impressed.

    Have tried and tried to get an appointment for an asthma review. Used the modality system for a time and date. Never honoured (no phone call at the time I was told). Tried again with time and date available online. Received a text to say a phone call would be made on a day I was working (clinically) and not available. I texted back with this information only to receive a text saying my case was closed? Appalling.

    I used the online service to contact the practice (after trying to avoid the practice and manage symptoms for over a month). Condition worsened significantly and after reporting chest pain and difficultly breathing (where I was advised on the system I may need urgent care), I received a follow up text saying the doctor will give me a routine appointment between 2-4 weeks. I was expected to sit at home struggling to breath and with bad chest pains for a month. I was then left with no other option but to visit an urgent care department at a hospital where I was reviewed as an urgent case (due to chest pain and breathing difficulties) and given two prescriptions for a condition which would have had a significant impact on a pre-existing medical condition - and seen within 30 minutes. I consider myself relatively healthy outside of this issue but I dread to think of anyone older with long term health issues who contacts the doctor with chest pain and breathing issues being told to wait it out for 4 weeks. I would consider a routine 2-4 week appointment for a cough and cold etc but chest paints and issues breathing - that to me is significant and requires much better service and patient care from a doctors. Avoid registering here if possible - trying to see a doctor has historically not been great, it’s now much much worse.
