We deeply regret to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with our reception staff and the delay in having your inhaler ready. Regarding the behavior of our receptionists, we take such matters very seriously. Professionalism and courtesy are core values at our practice, and any deviation from this is unacceptable. We will be addressing your concerns with our staff to ensure this does not happen again. Your feedback will be used as a learning opportunity to improve our service. Review titled Incompetent staff yet again
Rated 1 star out of 5

Yet again I am down to my last prescription tablet as they have been mysteriously ’removed’ from my repeat prescription. This is not the first time my poor pharmacist has had it in the neck for my GP Surgery incompetency. The pharmacist has told me previously that Limestone Surgery/Cross St have a terrible reputation amongst Dudley pharmacists for missing items from prescriptions and blaming the pharmacists! And when their patients dare to ring to chase, the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this practice.

Review titled Awful reception staff
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 29 December 2023
How many patients are going to have to leave this doctors before their reception staff are called to account? Such a bad reputation with is no surprise when you have experience of them. They are consistently rude, ill mannered and never smile. Inhumane and no empathy. The sign displayed says that they will not tolerate bad behaviour from patients…. Surely this works both ways?? Basic Training required on how to talk to other humans with respect. Disgraceful.

I recently came out of hospital after an operation when ringing the surgery for assistance with pain relief and getting a sick note receptionist was very helpful and very friendly I was treated with kindness and nothing was too much trouble which when you are not feeling your best is exactly the service you want thank you very much for your care and attention I would love to be able to name the receptionist but unfortunately I didn't get her name.

Review titled Excellent care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Mrs B Thrift - Posted on 21 April 2023
I rang the surgery for a telephone consultation at 8.08am, Dr called back at 8.33am, invited me to attend at 9.10am and I was in out, diagnosed, treated and an onward referral put through by 9.20 The whole process was a pleasant experience, the Dr was absolutely fantastic, and I'm very grateful to have been treated so quickly. I'm also very fortunate to recieve wonderful care from them for my daughter, each time I've ever reached out for help we have been helped quickly and efficiently. The receptionists are always polite and as accommodating as possible to.
