    I went to c this certain doctor a few times each time I c him he makes me feel at ease when I go and c him as Also jess is really loverly and the front receptionist is very kind and understanding

    My doctor assured me throughout my visit,that I was continuing in the correct way with my symptoms.I was grateful for this,she is very thorough and professional.

    I wld like to say a big thank you to a doctor I seen yesterday he us such a really nice person understanding and professional I wld trust him with my life I have seen him a few times and I wld trust him he is nice and listens to you and put you at ease thank-you again to the certain doctor

    It is near impossible to contact this service via telephone. I understand that the surgery is probably understaffed but I find it to be very concerning. Especially for members of the public who aren't familiar with the e-consult service. The phone system also needs an upgrade. When you call, it plays music for 10 minutes and then goes to a ring tone for 4 minutes, you are then told there are no operators an it cuts you off/ It should not cut you off, it should tell you what position in the queue you are, if it does cut you off you should be able to leave a voicemail.

    I am now trying to get through by telephone for the 30th time this morning. I see that this is a common complaint. This is totally unacceptable.

    My wife been trying to get intouch with the practice for a while but unfortunately missed a callback as she was not quick enough to get to my phone she is in so much pain she feel like she do not want to be here any more as all she does is cry in pain she has had a consultation with a physio who recommended she be put on oramorph to help with the pain as I work during the day I am unable to help her and It concerns me I feel if the physio has recommended this medication to help with the pain them why has the gp not gone with there advice

    I have tried ringing to see why my percription is not at the chemist I use and have been on the phone since 2 pm about it I ether get no operators available or the phone rings for 10 minutes then goes blank ,this is not good enough they are dealing with peoples lives and causing stress and upset to people I ha e now been without metaforum for 2 days now and cannot make it to the surgery so I am now starting to panic.

    Had a medication review, went to order my meds but unable to as telling me I Need A Review! Get nowhere with telephone staff, so I want to speak to practice manager, but yet again no information as how to contact them
