   Worried with a back pain, GP asked for stool sample, took it in to be told that I should have brought it before 11am. They asked me to redo it. Was then called to say, oh you do not have to do it, just take it to the hospital. Conflicting information on the leaflet provided - clearly states: containers collected from the GP - return to GP! The person I talked to was only defensive, did not take responsibility for the lack of information they had around this.
