We had a very positive experience when me and my daughter visited the practice. We were greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist who reassured my daughter and gave her a lovely sticker. My daughter was reviewed by GP who was simply outstanding and put my daughter at ease. He's a huge credit to his profession.

excellent doctors and helpful staff called first thing had a restless night was worried about my results of my two scans was disappointed when I was told my result’s hadn’t come in after being told by the hospital they were sending it ca was excellent she said she would look for it and will call the hospital after going through ca got the results from the hospital she called me later to let me know doctor has it and will be in touch she was great she went out of her way she could have left it and said results had not come in. ca thank you and grateful for your help and kindness

Was served this am. I had a particularly worrisome swelling in my lower abdomen and have liver disease. I explained myself clearly and the receptionist name begins with K, rather than suggest I call for an appointment, recognised the potentially urgency of the medical issue and spoke to her colleagues in a side room. I was then sent a triage form and await response from that (which has now come and I have an appointment in half an hour. Basically the receptionist was really friendly and calming, and approached everything in a professional way. People complain but the jobs of the receptionists at doctor practices is very hard work - and they deserve every credit.

Staff were persistent in helping me obtain online access for my mother. Within the NHS App there is a function to switch profiles between linked accounts. However, this only works if both accounts are at the same GP practice. As I am registered at a different practice from my mother, this didn’t work for me. Disappointed by this 😔. Staff investigated and found that it is possible via the Patient Access app. The link has been established and is working well. I’m pleased that the team persevered to sort this out rather than fobbing me off with, “sorry, can’t be done”.

On Friday 14 June I put in a request to speak with a Dr regarding my knee issue. Surprisingly I was called within a few hours and asked to come in to see a Dr the same day. I met with Dr he quickly assessed me and referred me for an MRI scan. The experience was seamless and the Dr was very knowledgeable and efficient. I really appreciated this experience and I’m very grateful.

I popped into the surgery today regarding my elderly mum who had symptoms of an infection. It was midday and appts were already booked for the day, the two reception staff I spoke to went to a lot of trouble to make some arrangements so that mum could be seen. It was much appreciated.

I've had a really good experience with this practice. The staff have been friendly and helpful. I really like the online form system, unfortunately it's been down recently but I was very happy to find that the practice will phone you back at your place in the queue so that you don't have to stay on hold. This really took the stress out of trying to get through and there is a live web link (sent via text) to see what place in the call queue you are at. The GP I saw gave me treatment on the same day and he was so kind and professional and filled me with confidence. Big thank you to the whole team.

I'm very impressed with the care offered by the practice, in specialy for the farmasist (L) which has been repeatedly calling to make sure that I'm understand the medication and has clarified all my questions. I can tell she is not there to do her job only but she shows interest in the patients. Top job. Thank you very much!

Visit on 17th April. No issues with asking to see a GP and seen same day. Polite reception staff and GP dealt with issue abs gave advice.
