All staff at the surgery are nothing short of wonderful. Everything I've ever needed has been sorted quickly and with compassion. GPs and nurses ensure that every possible outcome is covered (at previous surgeries I've noticed the easiest treatment/outcome is considered, whereas here they cover all bases). The surgery is clean, quiet and easy to contact. Very glad I've moved here. Thanks all

Called to seek advice, receptionist arranged for a prescribing nurse to call, I uploaded a photo and within 3 hours had a discussion and prescription ready to collect. What a great use of resources and time, very efficient. Thank you. Avoided condition getting worse and the potential to impact on out of hours services over the weekend

Easy to book an appointment that met my needs with really helpful reception staff. Seen on time (for both a Dr and a nurse appt) and was listened to with compassion and treated with respect. Professional care that put me at ease. Bravo Culverhay Berkeley, much improved from a few years ago!
