Not really sure what qualifies you for a doctors appointment now as always sent to pharmacy minor injuries or a&e apparently rashes aren't an emergency used to be very helpful with appointments for my children now absolutely useless makes me feel like it's a waste of time ringing and there's no point using them

I attended the surgery for a routine blood test but was also concerned about something on my back which was potentially cancerous. The student nurse who took my blood advised me to make an appointment with a doctor . The receptionist could not have been more helpful she sent me a link to upload a photo of my concern, the GP rang me straight away and I was invited in for an appointment within 30 minutes seeing him put my mind at rest that I need not be concerned about this. I cannot praise highly enough how friendly supportive and efficient I found all of the staff thank you Culverhay Berkeley

Doctor was very helpful and sorted everything I asked for!! Brilliant care and very good at getting appointments that suit me!!

Asked for a repeat prescription as I had run out and was able to pick it up the next day. When I picked up the prescription the receptionist was incredibly helpful and supportive with further queries. Well done to the new team at Frampton Surgery.
