    Cumberland House have once again surpassed my expectations as they always do. I have recently attended for an issue and it has been dealt with speedily, highly professionally and efficiently. In the course of my recent visit I have seen my GP, and Musculoskeletal Practitioner. They have been truly fantastic, informative, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I believe that this practice should be recognised as outstanding. When politicians call the NHS 'broken' they should take a look at Cumberland House, The Macclesfield Medical Centre and the services surrounding them.... Far from broken........ Amazing in fact. Keep up the great work and Thank You so much for a Great service!!!

    Very impressed with my recent 50 plus health check. Was expecting a 5 minute appointment but got at least half an hour of assessment and good advice. Don't let anyone tell you the NHS is broken!

    My own experience has always been very positive. The receptionists were in a great spirit and very helpful to get me the help I seek. And doctor was great, with the trained eye, willingness to listen to my problem and thinking out of the box. He was actually interested in my health not just prescribing more pills. I appreciated very much the individual and person centred approach on every step of my way to healthier myself. You have restored my belief in the public health and for that I thank you very much! You are my heroes!

    I called to get appointments for an important mole map check . The person I spoke didn’t help Too much since it’s was my first time try to booking appointments and didn’t explain well . She sent me the link that she said I have to click and complete , before I get the appointment. When I went to open , the link didn’t work. I called back again and I said that and she told me with rude and disappointing tone to me ^i told you ^. Honestly this is not a nice customer service should receive since I try to book appointment for my first time . Really disappointed to the clinic , better to go private, pay and be treat well then try to get appointments, you don’t know when and have someone other line of the phone rude to you. Also the phone line said, please don’t be rude to our staff, but your staff is actually rude with the patient. I think you shoud review your customer care

    Saw a newish partner in the practice who I had seen before.He was everything a doctor should be;caring,knowledgeable and very thorough.He also reassured my wife on the same visit about a hip problem she had been having.Nice to see the NHS at its best!

    Developed worrying symptoms, Receptionist extremely patient, sympathetic and efficient. Speedy appointment with GP who was superb, reassuring and instilled confidence, in fact the usual Cumberland House experience!

    The member of staff who took my call was very helpful and considerate. As a result of their actions l received a consultation appointment after being referred to the on call doctor at Southport hospital. They also sorted a physio appointment which was recommended for me too as l was anxious and in pain. Thank you

    I had a recurring issue that needed antibiotics to solve. I sent an email over the weekend explaining my symptoms and on Monday morning received a response advising me to phone to see the GP in person. I phoned at 10.30, and was advised of my position in the queue, after 5 minutes delay the call was answered and after explaining I was asked if I could attend at the Surgery at 11.10 the same day. I was in front of the GP and examined at 11.30 and out with the prescription by 11.45. Thanks to Cumberland House staff - very impressive. I
