I contacted the surgery yesterday to discuss a clinical problem. I was most impressed how helpful the member of staff was in dealing with this issue in a timely manner and arranged a GP assessment. The online system for dealing with requests worked effectively. Given the huge difficulties the NHS faces, this is one service that continues to function well.

Wait time on the phone is usually approximately 10 minutes. Triage system means a doctor phoned back within 30 minutes. I was given a same day appointment even though this was not an emergency. Doctor was on time and I then booked various other appointments that I am entitled to. The doctor was caring, efficient and well informed. I had contact with 2 receptionists and they were both patient and organised. I feel very very privileged that this is my surgery. I am so lucky.

Scan Friday … Was expecting 2 week wait from hospital. Practice rang me Monday am with result, minimised that worrying waiting time ..v grateful indeed. Scan was arranged v quickly too. Thank you all
