The new online system is only open to requests for half of the day so when I needed to make an emergency appointment after 4pm for the daughter I had no chance. Told to take her to the pharmacy or walk in centre. Never had this issue before the new way of working.

I contacted the surgery today via econsult. I requested a presption for an ongoing medical problem. I got a response in minutes and my prescription was ready to be collected from my nominated surgery. A fab response from the practice. Thank you

Despite switching to a new triage system, the receptionist (name I can't recall) helped me on the phone through the process and I saw a doctor within 15 minutes of the request. The receptionist was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. I then saw a doctor who was equally excellent, he listened to my issues and understood my concerns. Overall, a great patient experience with a local gp service. Ps I am not allowed to rmention specific names in the review due to Pii checks.

The practice nurse, I would like to say is a brilliant member of staff. She spends time listening and talking with the patients. She has a fantastic bed manner. She is highly thorough of visiting care homes in Wombourne. She is an asset to the team and one of the most kindest and caring person I have met. Sorry l was unable to add your name.

I am still in shock at the amazing service I received. Beginning with the receptionist who connected me to the right person who could deal with my issues. I got an appointment the next day with the physiotherapist. This lady was amazing. She listened and sorted out appointments straight away. E rays, health and well being, hospital and got in touch with gp for pain relief. Many thanks. I am a new patient having recently moved to the area. I must also add that the practice is spotless. My husband has also seen a GP and was very impressed with the service. Many many thanks.
