   I had reason to use the services of this practice a few days ago. I was given a same day appointment after telephoning the surgery. On arrival I was greeted by friendly and helpful Reception staff and I was seen by a member of the Medical team who was professional with a good 'bedside manner' and who came to collect me from the waiting room and escorted me to the appropriate treatment room. My prescription was sent direct to the nearby pharmacy and ready for collection when I got there. This is a well organised, professional and friendly practice.
