    I saw l, anp today She showed empathy and understanding of my health issues and actively listened to me. She came up with a plan and showed good practice. Many thanks

    At 1.15pm on Thursday 20 February I spoke to a gentleman and he was so pleasant, efficient and helpful, it was a pleasure speaking to him.

    I spoke with someone on the prescription line to order some medication and when I mentioned I was also having trouble sleeping rather than just say you need to speak to your doctor. She asked me further questions and was very understanding of my problems. She said that she would put me on the triage list to see if anyone could help and booked me an appointment with my doctor to discuss my hrt medication. I don't know if this was something she could normally do on the prescription line but I felt like she went above and beyond what asked of her and wanted to feed that back. Since it won't let me leave her name on this feedback i would appreciate it if you could check your records so you know who it was i spoke to. It was on the 5th Feb around 3.40pm Thanks Karen

    Called yesterday to make an appointment and the lady on reception could not have been any more helpful. She went out of the her way to look for an appointment that suited my needs. And even though I could not get in my own practice in Darwen until the 3rd February, she did offer an appointment in Blackburn on Saturday.

    Really good to deal with. Whenever I call they treat me with respect and listen to when I explain my problem and ensure they get me to the correct doctor. When they say they will ring back they do which is just what you want when you are not feeling to good. Keep up the good work.

    I spoke with Darwen Health Link at approximately 9.15am on 7th October 2024. I asked for an appointment, she listened and explained that there wasn't any appointments available but due to the condition I was suffering with she arranged an appointment at another surgery the same day. She also helped me with another issue. I explained I had received a SMS message from a staff member asking me to upload a picture but I wasn't able to reply to the SMS message. She explained I should have also received a link which allowed me to upload a photo. She messaged the staff member and they then sent the link. She went above and beyond her remit and it was a pleasure to speak with someone so helpful and friendly. Mr Dawson

    I was struck by the receptionist's warmth over the phone. I shared this with him and got the impression that he was more used to complaints from the public.
