    I have just rang for a appointment for a doctor and the lovely lady I spoke to helped me a great deal , I wanted a appointment for today but I couldn't get one for today , she got me one for another day which I appreciated it , as long as I saw a doctor soon I'm ok with that , the lady I spoke to was very understanding and tried to get me a appointment as soon as she could, brilliant help

    Just dealt with a young gentleman professional and friendly,he located my husbands repeat prescription details quickly and sent them to Everest, sadly I wish the lady in prescriptions would have offered the same level of service today 17th July

    I find all staff and doctors to be both kind and caring with a friendly and approachable manner. The waiting time to get an appointment has greatly improved of late I’m pleased to say. This practice takes your health seriously and gets to the root of the problem

    This is on behalf of my mum and our family. My mum is 80 and normally pretty fit and healthy, but recently a couple of things have not gone her way. Darwen Health Link have cared and done their best to help her. She has been listened to and had quick attention, from both the surgery and the hospital. Whilst the 'service' she has received at the hospital has been good, it is down to staff at Darwen Health Link for pursuing treatment for her. Most of us have stress in our lives, but it’s great when people care and help. Credit to you all and thank you.

    I’ve had two appointments this week for different things. The nurses that I saw were caring and welcoming and put me at ease. I felt treated with respect on both occasions . They are a credit to the practice. Thank you

    The receptionist I was speaking to was very helpful, compassionate and understanding of my problem. The review won’t let me write her name, but I believe her initials are v.l according to the text I received directly after the phone call. I have been experiencing a personal issue for quite some time now, in which has been affecting my mental health and social life. It really made me feel better talking to someone who empathised and understood my concerns and took action accordingly. I’ve felt in the past that the problem I’m having is being overlooked, but the receptionist did not make me feel this way at all. Resulting in a telephone appointment the same day. I then asked her another query unrelated to the first one, despite this, she was more than happy to listen and help. Due to this, please give her the recognition she deserves :)

    I am suffering with Menopause symptoms, I messaged Darwen Healthlink using the My GP app for advice and it was answered within 24 hours. They also phoned me to make an appointment with the Doctor. Always helpful thank you.

    After spending a week being passed around different departments without any luck waiting on suspected cancer results, I spoke to W at the GP practice. He went above and beyond his duties and got my results within the hour and called me to book me it with a GP. He was caring, compassionate and uplifting. Fantastic care and a wonderful member of the team. Thank you W x
