Just joint, they now I cannot use a phone due to my disabilities and my carer tried to phone but not wasting time not getting through at all for someone to answer. Dashwood has no email address on their website and I spent hours searching for an email address online and found two for Dashwood and around 10 for Louise Pilcher and all worked but got none reply. Practise manager left a message on mobile to phone back knowing I cannot phone. I emailed them to get an appointment. Are they not reading emails at all only phoning but what people like me have disabilities do? I put on the registering form email only. Do I get avoided due to my disabilities what I had before in another surgery. If Dashwood reads that can you email me so I can email back to you.

Called at 7:59 a.m Closed. Called at 8 a.m. -our receptionists are all busy and the queue is full. It's easier to win the lotto than to make an appointment to see a doctor. Call later and - there are no more appointments for today.

Dear Patient our phones open at 8 and yes due to limited workforce and appointments we get booked very quickly some patients cannot get through at that time we are having a new phone system installed over the next 2 -3 months our growing patient council are helping us set this up what ot wont do is give us extra appointments what we would like to challenge is when some patients are booked they dont turn up when we could offer to others or dont answer their phone when we call back what can we do together to help each other? I’ve had a sick note that ended on the 6th. I applied to have it extended, I was told it would be reviewed and resent to me. I missed a call from the doctor (I wasn’t told to expect one) and they left me a voicemail saying I’d have to rebook. I called and booked an appointment for today (the earliest available!) and got the date in writing from the reception team to expect a review, but again. I’ve heard nothing. I don’t know what to do. I have to go to a disciplinary meeting at work now because of this and it isn’t my fault.
