De Beauvoir surgery runs a very effective online triage system, it’s great because you’re not waiting on the phone to speak to someone Response times to the online request are quick usually same day even when not urgent All staff, reception, nurses, Drs are very approachable and put you at ease, answering any questions, making sure you understand. We are very fortunate to have such an amazing practice where we live. Thank you.

Amazing service! The doctor and Trainee Nursing were impeccable - so communicative, empathetic and reassuring. Don’t have a bad word to say about my experience.

I had a query this morning at Reception, and - as always - they are ready to attend to the patient immediately. Also, 10 days ago I received a call from this surgery regarding my query about a medication which was previously on my repeat prescription. The response was very quick. This is a well-organised GP surgery, unlike some other GP Surgeries.

The nurse at the surgery has been supporting me with wound care following a mole biopsy and wide local excision. She has been extremely kind during this process and her calm and confident manner has been so reassuring. She’s an asset to the surgery - thank you!

I was seen by a lovely trainee nurse to get my bloods taken which I don’t usually do well with. She was kind and took her time making me feel at ease every step of the way. Thank you!

Following in review request for trainee I now saw her twice and both time were great. She actually showed greater interest in my medical history than my first appoint with a UK gp (in this practice, when I moved to uk) great friendly manner. I can see her putting nervous patients at ease in future. . Absolutely painless and quick taking of blood for tests. I appreciated her obvious interest and concern for health and ensuring I had the right care. I think they will make a wonderful healthcare professional I was sent a text to leave a specific review but the form is general ans does not allow names. Talk about nurse trainee (starts with a)

I came in today for a routine test and the doctor was very kind. Explained exactly what she was going to do and made sure I understood and felt comfortable. She was quick and efficient and I felt well cared for.

I had injured myself coming off my scooter nearby and the nurse that saw me was so so lovely cleaning and dressing my hand. What a lovely human :)

Had an invasive test which is usually painful for me but the consultant was extremely nice and explained everything. It was a less uncomfortable experience than usual and done very quickly.
