Had an appointment for my dad, the doctor was so thorough with the history taking and examination. Extremely kind and caring throughout the consultation. He managed to do several required tests/referrals, and was very attentive. Not the first time having a consultation with him, have had other family members also see him and were impressed with the care the provides. Really thankful to have such a great doctor in the GP.

I had an outstanding experience at Artesan Health Centre with a Dr I never had the pleasure to meet before. After years of struggling to get proper help from other gps, she went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me warmly, listened carefully, and showed genuine empathy. She not only took my concerns seriously but also proposed thoughtful solutions and adiusted my treatment plan to better suit my needs. For the first time, I felt truly cared for and supported. If every doctor were like her, visiting the practice would be a pleasure. I am deeply grateful for her kindness and professionalism, she is an absolute credit to the medical field.

Went to this surgery 4th March at 8am to make an appointment was given one for that same afternoon, doctor referred me to a physio. Five weeks on doing exercises instructed by the physio has made no difference, went this morning at 8am to make another appointment was told by receptionist they don't take appointments when I explained I got one five weeks ago she said I don't know how that happened. This happened to me before when the receptionist told me no appointments for two weeks, when I put in a complaint I got an appointment within 3 hours. This system for making appointments is just ridiculous no wonder A&E departments have long waiting times when people get so frustrated with this ridiculous appointment system that they find it easier to go to A&E. The few times I've got an appointment at Decima Street there is only about 3 or 4 people in the waiting area yet down the corridor there is numerous doctors rooms and yet you struggle to get an appointment.

This morning I did an online consultation via the NHS app. Within an hour I had a call from a member of staff who booked me in for an appointment soon after. The doctor I saw was brilliant, she listen to me. She gave me options and asked me which I would prefer. I’m so grateful for the efficient, caring support I was given today!

I waited 3 weeks for a telephone appointment - face to face not available. I was called twice outside the agreed 4.5 hour time slot. I was then told they'd call back, but later received a text message saying to rebook.

Severe cut on leg, asked to send photo, did. Said I had inadine from 2022, told to come to surgery next day at 8am, then nurse rang, no need to come to surgery, have sent some inadine to pharmacy, call if any change. Pharmacy, have to order. Leg feeling worse, so went to surgery 8am Friday 15 November, no-one here to see you = listen for Telephone call. Text came through, make an appointment for nurse, tried, next available 10 December 2024. Went to Guys Urgent Care and everything dressed properly etc., I never want to have to go to this surgery again, previous problems also.

Very unsatisfactory, telephone calls delays, appointments cancelled, Very/very hard to get to see a doctor for my husband who suffers from neurological and cardio-vascular problems. Was due to be referred to a neurologist back in March - now in Dec we can’t even get a Gp appointment!! Why things need to be So hard for us, ordinary hard-working, law-abiding, taxes-paying people?? Urgent improvement in access is massively overdue!!
