    Waited an hour and a half on hold. Was 11th in queue when I rang. Finally got to the top of the queue and disconnected straight away. This is me trying to get results that I haven't recieved yet and should have

    Horrendous appointment/prescription line. Spent over 45 minutes trying to get appointment this morning still 7th in queue gave up as would of been no appointments left once I would of gotten through. It’s like this every morning try ringing at 8:00 am to be told most mornings after been holding for 45minutes or so no appointments left. Tried prescription line at 10;00 am held in a queue, number 2 only in the queue for 2 hours no answer gave up in the end. Tried several times over the day always a queue not willing to sit in a queue again. The voicemail encourages patients to apply online for prescription however two options only repeat or something you’ve had prescribed from GP in the past to click on this option only then to be advised to ring GP surgery. Lost the will to live today trying to speak to someone nearly 3 hours of my life I won’t get back. Diabolical service don’t need to see Doctor just need a prescription for something I’ve had prescribed before however unable to get over the counter from chemist. Can’t even get through on telephone to complain unless you want to sit in another queue.

    Terminally ill brother left without pain relief ordered last week and still not recieved . Spoke to practice manager whe promised to call me back 10 days ago . Yet again repeat prescriptions not sent to pharmacy and missing meds . Barbaric
