Well I used the service where you get a call back about an health issue within 48 hrs. Got a message 3wks later asking if I still needed assistance and a number to call. I called "you are more than 5 in the queue" this at 11.53. "Leave detail to keep your place in the queue" it's now 13.32 and I'm ready to return to work with no call back, just how long is this queue? Or is as, I suspect or have realised for years this practice is totally incompetent and untrust worthy. Suppose I'll just continue with this pain as its clear no one really gives a toss. Rating - 10million. And that's generous.

Feedback received from other patients suggest that calls are returned within 2 minutes. It sounds like there may have been a technical issue on this occasion which we will raise with our phone supplier. I spent over forty minutes in a queue where I could clearly hear the music. After it finally connects they couldn't hear me. I desperately rush around my house trying to get them to hear me but they end the call. I try to ring back to be told the lines are closed and to ring 01709 598991 only to get the same automated message telling me to ring 01709 598991 the very same number I'm calling on.

I'm sorry to hear you was unable to speak to someone. The lines are open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you still require assistance, you can use our call back service by contacting 01709 514443 which will automatically call you back when you have reached the front of the queue.

Trying for 2 days to get GP appointment, the system gives you lots of choices but ends up repeating and gets you nowhere. I just don't know how to get an appointment.

Myself and my partner are never able to get through. It doesn’t matter what time we call or how long we wait for. We’ve been waiting 3 months for test results, can’t chase up as never able to get through, both off work currently with chest infections and have been trying for 3 days to get through to them with no luck…. Get more people to answer the phones?! It’s as simple as that!!!!

We have employed additional staff who man the phones and this is fully covered between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday. It is sometimes more quiet in the afternoon. You can also request a call back which has proven quite positive in recent weeks. I had blood test done over a week ago tried to get results on several occasions but left hanging on the phone waiting for them to pick up for over 40 minutes each time still no answer to phone it was the dr that asked for these bloods to be redone as they were done in July and did not look too good so had to be repeated now I’m here wondering if my meds are the problem or something else that I could need changed or additional meds but have no way of knowing as they don’t answer phone calls at this surgery

New patient , trying to go my medication told pharmacist will phone me but didn’t they just put some of my medication down they stopped 3 items (apparently I’m allergic to them) all been given byDoctors or Hospital and 1 is for cholesterol, trying to sort it out told can’t see doctor they don’t do medication ???? Need to speak to pharmacist if I need to speak to practice manager need to email, been waiting now for nearly 4 weeks going to have no cholesterol tabs in 2 day . Veteran with PTSD so it doesn’t help. It seems this practice is not bothered if you are ill

Months of bad patient contact, rudeness and abruptness of so called care navigators, feels like you’re on a timer and need to speak as fast as you can to get 1 word answers, very patronising and still problem not resolved, thankful I don’t have to have much contact with this surgery but I feel for those who do need there help regularly!!!!

So apparently you can only place a prescription for your medication either in person or online. I tried the online method months ago but the surgery never received them despite the system confirming in an email that a request was being made. Now I'm left with no choice and once again the surgery is not receiving my requests despite confirmation emails saying a request has been sent. I cannot attend the surgery in person as I'm housebound. If this continues and doesn't improve I will be left without any medication because the surgery is relying on a system that still doesn't appear to work. I'm just lucky my medication isn't the life saving kind because the surgery will risk someone's life if this issue isn't fixed immediately.

Unable to get regular meds. Waits a week then nothing. Told I have to wait for a prescriber. A week later he rings can barely understand. Given an alternative but I don't want an alternative as I have sourced the exact one and reserved elsewhere but guess what I have to wait another week for a prescriber. Doesn't seem to matter I'm without my blood pressure meds as they seem totally unsympathetic or caring. An absolute joke of a practice. Great at sending inappropriate text messages but rubbish at actually doing right by their patients. So badly done too and over worked these poor GP's.

Tried online appointment booking and was told would let me know later. ....Appointment came for 12/01/23 @ 11.30am........On 10/01/23 while having IV chemo treatment at DRI saw I had received 2 text reminders first said booking at 10/01/23 @ 11.05am........second said 10/01/23 @2.40pm. Whoever is in charge of texts should realise not everybody looks at or uses their phone 24/7 like some. Trying today 11/01/23 to see if my original appointment is valid.
