K went above and beyond to help me get urgent medication to my mum, delivering it herself on her way home from work as the chemist could not deliver immediately. Thank you so much K for being so kind and helpful, i appreciated it so much. Sorry could not use your full name!

Although having to fill thr online form is tedious and is an issue for my elderly mum to fill in, I have usually been able to get an appointment or signposted to the GP hub. The GPs are always professional. It is difficult to get appointments on Mondays and Fridays which is understandable but maybe having more appointment slots on these days would help? The only other area for improvement woukd be follow up from test results especially if there is something to action on two occasions I have had to chase up treatment following abnormal test results. The GPs and reception staff work incredibly hard-Thank you

Your feedback was also discussed during our meetings, we have updated our follow-up protocol following review of test results to include reminders for reception team and use of SMS to notify patients when we are unable to contact. We hope your experience would improve moving forward. The GP was nice and very helpful, she did not rush to finish but was patient to listen to what I had to say and answered all of my various questions.

Booked in on the computer.I was seen by the nurse shortly after. I went for a diabetic review and was surprised when everything was done in one visit.

Very disappointed with how this gp surgery has gone downhill the past few years. One of the doctors there wanted my daughter admitted to the hospital but we was reluctant to go, so was told if no better by the morning we would be sent in and it would be written on our notes. So called in the next day as you can’t get hold of anyone on the phone and they said she’d need to be seen again by another doctor so we had to wait for a telephone consultation later that day. When we finally got the call the doctor was extremely rude and said there was nothing on the notes about her needing to be admitted, later to find out it was on the notes all along. He wouldn’t let me get a word in and was practically shouting through the phone, saying I was deliberately making her dehydrated. We did eventually see one nice doctor who has been there for years who arranged a hospital admission to amu and was so lovely.

I went for my diabetic check up, Firstly the nurse left me in a half lite room for approximately 10 minutes The room was so dirty, there were boxes on the table, bottles of water, a flask. Paper on the floor etc , it looked like they just dumped anything that didn’t have a home in that room. I felt so uncomfortable as I am not used to being treated in a dirty environment. They talk about keeping their staff safe, What about the patients, I wouldn’t even put a homeless person to sleep in that room.

The on call doctor called me twice in 2 weeks and prescribed appropriate medication. Excellent service starting with kindness and concern followed up by practical advice

The nurse who gave me my injection was amazing. I am petrified of needles however she made me feel at ease. And when the injection was done could could not believe it was over. Felt absolutely nothing. Thank you nurse so much.

Yesterday the 13th December 2023, I was at the Denmark Road surgery for a yearly review by the diabetic team and the service was very good. They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing. They were very friendly, patient willing to answer my questions. They were not in a hurry to dismiss me and I left the surgery satisfied with the attention I received.
