trying to get a appointment again same result, just wait for over an hour. finally got through to be told the was no more slots available and to call back at half twelve. would be easier if it was to see the king of England.

Dear Micheal, Thank you for your feedback We are sorry that you have felt the standard of service at Denmark Street Surgery has warranted this review. Since this review, we have implemented a new appointment and telephone system. we offer same day emergency appointments face to face and telephone appointments and pre-bookable appointment available 14 days in advance. E-consultations can be done online and we do offer a limited amount of online pre-bookable telephone appointments with GP's. Our new telephone system avoids patients experiencing the user busy tone when contacting the practice and will place you directly into a queue where our Patient Liaison Team will take your call. Everyone in this place is really nice from the practice manager to the GP’s. My GP is really helpful and understanding and listens to me everytime I see him. Amazing job done by all. And reception staff are awesome too!

Been with this practice for nearly 50 years it used to be the best in Darlington. What has gone wrong? You cannot see a doctor!! I rarely need an appointment but recently have desperately needed help. Failed badly, just need peace of mind from a doctor sadly none! I think they want us all to go private but sadly can't afford it. What are all the doctors doing ? So sad.

I appreciate you cant get appointments at the moment,so have rang and spoken to the telephonists.Every time I have rang they have been extremely helpful ,nothing has been a bother for them.We are quick to complain but not to compliment,So thank you ladies,it is always nice to recognise a familiat voice.I for one appreciate your service
