trying to get a appointment again same result, just wait for over an hour. finally got through to be told the was no more slots available and to call back at half twelve. would be easier if it was to see the king of England.

Dear Micheal, Thank you for your feedback We are sorry that you have felt the standard of service at Denmark Street Surgery has warranted this review. Since this review, we have implemented a new appointment and telephone system. we offer same day emergency appointments face to face and telephone appointments and pre-bookable appointment available 14 days in advance. E-consultations can be done online and we do offer a limited amount of online pre-bookable telephone appointments with GP's. Our new telephone system avoids patients experiencing the user busy tone when contacting the practice and will place you directly into a queue where our Patient Liaison Team will take your call.
