    Recent visit I found the GP to be excellent, very thorough listened to my concerns and addressed my issues. However the receptionist was very rude and ignorant. If my experience with the GP had not been as positive and left to how welcoming the receptionist was I defo would not be recommending this surgery

    I have found the practice to be very courteous, efficient and helpful. The staff all seem to enjoy their work and are very pleasant.

    Whilst this practice used to be a good one in the area, it has really gone downhill in the past 6 months or so, I think becuase they have less clinical staff working. It's almost impossible to get an appointment, you have to spend ages on the phone waiting and once you do get through, all appointments are usually gone. The phone message is terrible, there is a unnecessarily long phone message as soon as you connect which you have to listen to in full before you are even connected to the queue, which you then sit in for ages with no varied queue messaging or interesting information whilst you're hanging on which I know other surgeries have. It's a waste of time queuing as so difficult to get an appointment even when you do get through. Having been a patient for a number of years at this practice, I have definitely noticed the service declining and feel there is no patient-centred care and it is poorly managed. Sadly I understand that one of the best GPs currently working there is retiring soon so I can only imagine how much worse the practice will become.

    Submitted on line form on Tuesday evening. Had phone call from GP the following morning at 9.50. Was given an appointment to see her at 11 am.
