    I ordered a prescription via the app that wasn't processed. Took over 9 days, 3 phone calls & abrupt responses by the receptionists for it to be sent to the chemist. They were informed I needed meds ASAP as had none left, would receive phone call to say prescription had been sent, never received, and have been without medication for 3 days, which I have noticed the difference in my health.

    Whilst sitting in the waiting room this week. The receptionist sitting at the reception desk was quite loud when speaking and answering the phone, I heard two patients names mentioned while she rang someone upstairs to check something and also heard medical details about said people!! I worked in GP surgeries for over 25 years and a telephone wasn’t allowed in reception for that very reason, confidentiality!!! I will in future be very mindful when I have to ring up. Very disappointing

    Have been a patient with this practice for 20 years but the last 5 years this practice has deteriated to the point where it is no longer fit for purpose the latest having to register on line to obtain a repeat prescition. A farce when trying to get an appointment even when you achieve this the Doctors do not seem interested and simply pass you from pillar to post. Have tried for several days to register on the web site but proved impossible. Told the reason for change of system is there are thousands of requests each day for prescrptions. What a set up when will this surgery be investigated I have mobility issues so telephoning for a repeat prescrition is my answer. Why did I work and pay into a system that I now need but it is unavailable. Seems to me it is a case of the tail wagging the dog.
